The Century III store has gone down hill on service. Won't go back there. There are two other stores in the area.
Usual Victoria Secret store.
This is by far the meanest store I have ever walked into. I mean the manager. So I went there to buy several giftcards there and said I would pay by cash. The manager insisted to record my driver licence and fill some kind of form with stupid questions. The cashier tried to help me but for some reason he messed up the cashier computer she was using. The manager came again and said they wouldn't sell me gift cards because the cashier computer was broken. There WAS ANOTHER GOOD cashier computer but the mean manager wouldn't offer. I asked her to return the note with my information since there was no transaction. Guess what? She tore the note and said she would take care of that. I was totally astonished by the her attitude. She acted as if I was trying to sell her something or maybe as if I was stealing something from her. Gesus. I would NOT walk into that store again. By the way the mall was dark and full of wandering teeagers and their shouts.
