They have a very good selection and all the employee's that I've met so far are very nice and respectful. They have good prices for the bulk items, less than you'd pay buying just one casual item of that. You pay $4 for a box of 24 perogies? With a bulk of 100 perogies you're spending $8-10 that's pretty much what I am describing. They also have free samples all over the place, you get to try something new every time you go! Don't forget to become a member and save $$ while saving $$!
Always treated very well here by the exceptionally friendly and polite staff, especially the greeters and receipt checkers. Our family shops here for bulk needs like toilet paper, cereal, eggs and milk, etc. and love the great prices. Sam’s prices are hard to beat though sometimes they are out-priced, but for convenience and selection, it’s hard to beat this place. The building always looks clean and well-lit as well.
A good quantity of fairly good buys, and some really good buys. About what you'd expect from a warehouse club. Of course it's always a plus to compare-shop, by having knowledge of prices elsewhere.
Everyone is so nice, the food is always fresh. They always have new innovative products on showcase.
I had very bad customer service experience. I ordered a photo book to pickup at west mifflin Sams Club. I did actually pay at the time of placing online order and received an email with order confirmation with payment details. I got a call from the club when order is ready. I went next day for pickup. They located my photo book but surprisingly they started saying I didnt pay for it. I pulled out my email receipt from mobile and shown it to them. The customer service lady argued with me saying that is a order confirmation email and not the payment confirmation. I tried explaining to them that we get order confirmation only after completion of payment process but they didnt deliver my photobook. Finally I got to open my bank account to show the processed payment on my bank statement. They still made me to wait and finally acted as of they did a favor by giving the photobook to me. It took 30 to 40 mins for this whole process which made me very nervous. I decided not to place online orders with Sams Club.
At my youngest daughter's household, they have a Costco membership. So we can pick up items for one another, and thereby do better regarding price and/or selection. That scenario is a good suggestion to those who may have similar opportunity among family or close friends.
