Nice selection of hair but poor customer service
I dont have any experience with hair extensions, ect. I went into this place and the woman behind the counter didnt even greet me and was standing there looking down at her phone, I went over to her to ask for some help and she completely ignored me and continued to stare down at her phone, I literally stood right in front of her saying exuse me and trying to get her attention for over 10 minutes and she didnt even look up at me once she just had a pissed off look on her face like she was aggravated that I was trying to get help, I finally said "ok Im leaving, I guess im invisible here" then she finally looked up and yelled at me " you are not even at the register, if you want to check out go down there!" I said " I dont have anything to check out, im just trying to get some help, and I am not at the register because you are not there, you are down here." she gave me the dirtiest look and yelled something else, i dont even know what because I was already walking out the door. There was a man behind the counter that just stood there and didnt bother to come help. I cant believe they could be so rude and treat their customers so badly!
