The leather, motorized, reclining seats are amazing. Reserved tickets and seating are nice too so you can guarantee your location in the theater. Service was great and movie was too. Great sound system and picture quality.
Poor counter service when purchasing 2 items. Only 1 cashier was available. When the next cashier came on they took persons from the back of the line aND not based on who was next after waiting on line for so long. Overall the facility is great.
The facility and staff are great. I’ve only ever had issue with patrons sitting in the seats I paid for and reserved. I’ve only been there about 6 times, but only once was able to sit in the seat I reserved. I think they need to make sure that EVERY SINGLE PERSON understands that they are choosing a SPECIFIC SEAT. It shouldn’t matter that you and your girlfriend couldn’t find two seats together. It shouldn’t matter that you didn’t like the seat you chose near the front. It shouldn’t matter at all, for any reason, that you chose to leave the seat you purchased empty and then chose to occupy one that someone else has reserved without their consent. You chose your seat. You sit there. This should be understood by patrons and enforced by staff.
I came here to watch Thor: Ragnorak with friends. I'm very impressed with how this theatre was remodeled!!!! The large, reclining seats are comfortable (I could sleep in this!). The sound system is great, and the screen is wide and clear. They have clean bathrooms, and concession stand has good food. The ticket prices are affordable - they offer cheap tickets during the day before 4:00pm.
Love this theatre! The prices are very reasonable and the movie watching experience is comfortable and amazing. The sound is super sharp, the screens large, and the seats heavenly. Even check-in is a breeze. I buy my tickets at home and self check on the available screens at the box office stand. Awesome! Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative so far has been other people who don’t know how to turn off their cell phones. For real people, you’re coming to the cinema to escape into another world. Turn off your phone and enjoy!
