Hope you do and will

Not many stores left at all. But the ones that are, doing good job. It's sad to see what was ones a thriving mall-dwindling away.

If you bring the stores back-the people will come, from the South Hills...

It was a beautiful mall back in the 1990's. Newest owners promised to fix it up and bring in new stores and never came through with anything. They abandoned this place and there are only a few stores left and all the places to get food are closed. You aren't allowed to take pictures anymore because the evidence is in the photos. They failed us all. F-

It's a typical dying mall holding onto the few breaths of life it has left. Few stores remain. Food court is gone, Sears, as well as many of the typical mall mainstays. During it's heyday, 80s-90s, it was a crowded, bustling, state of art modern shopping experience bar none. Due to the convenience of online shopping, it, too, suffers the same fate as most malls in America.

I checked the rating of this store before l went and it wasn't good. I went anyway and it was great. Your rep Travis is the best. He knew your products well and has the communication skills to explain them. We walked in with a jetpack problem. He fixed it and answered my questions about data as well. We left much better informed and with a bigger plan. Thank you to Travis.

It's truly a shame what has happened to this mall. When I was a child I would love coming here at Christmas time to shop and see Santa, now, with less than a dozen stores open, and the only patrons are old mall walkers, it has turned into a ghost town. Where the food court was, the smell of pizza and burgers, has been replaced with the scent of mold, mildew, despair and depression. This is what happens so when liberal politics, and a community plagued with poverty and the "urban street mentality", meet. The "folks", with money who shop and support the economy, decide against shopping in a place where they most likely will be robbed in the parking lot, and choose to frequent cleaner, and safer environments for their families. Mall management let the place go to hell, and the people left. Even the parking garage is condemed because it is collapsing, which is truly a sign of the times. Why the doors remain open is a mystery that I have yet to get am answer. For the poor souls who still work here, the daily depression of going to work, and seeing this compete failure, has to be overwhelming. I'm sure they prey everyday to wake up and see the building on fire, in the morning news. In other words......STAY AWAY FROM THIS MALL!!!!
