Could not find any sales help there. When I finally found someone to ask a question, she was clueless. The place was a mess in most departments. Stuff just thrown around. I thought I was in a Gabe's. Actually a Gabe's is a better atmosphere. This is the third time I found this store this way. Will never return.

According to Kohl's, a Chaps button down shirt goes for $60 retail...but it's on sale to you for $39, which makes it a good deal...for them. I guess if you feel good about getting robbed, then it must not be that bad. The shirts only cost a few bucks from Asia.
The store is nice and large but at this time of year they tend to put a lot of stock out on the floor, which ends up congesting the aisles - not a great idea with all of the people out doing their Christmas shopping. It was hard to navigate between the piles of overstocked items and people crowding the aisles. The staff here is always very friendly and pleasant.
